Metz jewel

Anyone out there know the town of Metz in northern France? Worth a visit, with its elegant cathedral area all built on a hill, and grand esplanade by the river. See also Avenue Foch, also known as the Imperial Quarter, described by some as an Urbanistic Jewel in Europe and now on UNESCO’s world heritage list.
